- Copy of Borrower(s) Drivers’ License or Identification card
- Current Mortgage Statement(s)
- Homeowners Insurance “Declaration Page”
- Copy of Social Security card(s)
- Copies of pay stubs for each applicant, reflecting a minimum of 30 days of income
- W-2s for the last two years
- Federal tax returns for the last two years
- Money Reserves: Recent Bank account or Retirement statement (if available)
- If self-employed, year-to-date profit and loss statement, plus signed returns for last two years
